I received a defective product and have been trying to return it ever since. Unfortunately, both of my previous pickup attempts were canceled without explanation. This is now my third attempt, and I finally got a scheduled pickup date. I'm hoping it actually gets picked up this time. The return process has been very frustrating and time-consuming. I expected better service from Amazon.
