Such a pathetic product. I have used goboult soniq which is a cheaper model than this but was very good both with build quality and sound. So I was expecting an upgrade from that but this is so poorly built head support is just a thin piece of plastic which might break even while wearing, ear cushions feel very cheap. Mode changes don't give much of distinction in sound quality. With a 2000 rs mrp difference anybody would expect a better product than its predecessor. And now that I want to return it I can't do it either and Goboult have closed down all the service centres so if you buy a product you are stuck with the same thing how so ever bad and poor quality product that may be. They will only replace it and that too after a long annoying process which takes out the core benefit of buying products online. I don't know who was that intellectual who priced cheap quality product at 7999
